FORT WORTH, TX – Alcon, the largest eye care device company in the world, has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Global Director of People Analytics & Org Insights search. Managing Director, Nat Schiffer and Managing Partner, Jeff Wilbanks are leading the critical HR search.
“It’s been a couple months since our last search with Alcon,” said Nat Schiffer. “This time around they have tapped us to perform a global people analytics search. This role will prove to be a critical catalyst in the design, delivery, and execution of their global people analytics function. The successful candidate for this role could perform their work in a hybrid capacity, or sit in the Fort Worth, Texas or Geneva, Switzerland headquarters.”
The Global Director of People Analytics & Org Insights will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy for the tools, technology, processes, required to provide the type of actionable data and reporting that drives the organization forward. This role will also be responsible for developing predictive analytics that will compel specific business decisions. This role will partner with Business and Human Resource Leaders across the Enterprise, the IT team, and the Enterprise Analytics team to build systems infrastructure required to collect and analyze HR data, offer actionable analysis and reporting to managers and executives, and will interface with HR and other business functions to enable them to meet their business objectives through data and analytics.
