LOS ANGELES, CA – VCA Animal Hospitals, the largest network of freestanding veterinary hospitals and veterinary clinical reference laboratories in North America, has appointed DeeAnne Watson as Senior Director of Total Rewards. This HR executive search was led and placed by President & Managing Director, Nat Schiffer and Recruiting Manager, Kathleen Kilkenney.
Watson will provide strategic total rewards leadership and oversee the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of all compensation & benefits programs to achieve the organization’s business objectives. As such, it is a key leadership role within the People & Organization function at VCA.
