DALLAS, TX – Bron, Inc., a growing mortgage services company, has selected The Christopher Group again to lead their Director of Talent & Culture search. President & Managing Director, Nat Schiffer, Managing Partner, Tobin Anselmi, and Recruiting Manager, Kathleen Kilkenney are leading the critical search.

The Director of Talent & Culture is the guardian and champion of Bron’s people and culture. This role will be responsible for and lead all aspects of human resources for Bron including developing strategies to ensure that HR initiatives and programs such as recruitment, onboarding, recognition, professional development, performance management, and employee pay & benefits — along with other company initiatives that echo and are embedded in the company’s culture, values, and purpose.
Bron started in 2004 as an REO Brokerage and Real Estate Appraisal Company (Bron Appraisal).
