HEARTLAND, USA –The Christopher Group has been selected to lead a confidential Regional Human Resources Leader search for a top provider of consumer products. Managing Director, Nathaniel Schiffer, Recruiting Manager, Derek Woodward, and Senior Operations Manager, Matthew Duda are leading the search.
This HR leader will support one of the organization’s largest manufacturing sites with the possibility of multi-site responsibilities in the future. In this role, this person will be accountable for talent attraction/development and becoming a trusted HR advisor to the leadership team by providing insight, guidance, and solutions on all HR-related programs and processes.
