A nationally recognized and fast-growing retail brand is seeking a Director of Human Resources to help scale its people operations during an exciting period of expansion. Reporting directly to the VP of Human Resources, this leader will support hundreds of locations across multiple states, driving recruitment, learning and development, and HR operational excellence. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in multi-state HR leadership within large-scale retail, with a proven ability to build talent pipelines, lead HR teams, and implement scalable systems in a high-growth environment. Strong collaboration, emotional intelligence, and a passion for culture and community are essential for success in this role.
