EAST COAST, USA –The Christopher Group has been selected to lead a confidential Chief Human Resources Officer for a leading real estate financial services company. Managing Director, Nat Schiffer, Recruiting Manager, Kristen Pace, and Senior Operations Manager, Matthew Duda are leading the search. TCG is seeing a spike in new senior-level assignments as well as searches that were paused in Q2 come back to life.
This Head of Human Resources will lead all aspects of Human Resources including talent management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and talent acquisition. They will build a cohesive and collaborative work environment, partnering effectively with other senior leaders to develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with the organization’s business plan.
