TCG Places Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Lincoln Electric

CLEVELAND, OH  – Lincoln Electric, a global leader in arc welding and cutting, has placed Charlie Hower as their new Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition. Managing Partner, Pam Noble and Recruiting Director, Nick Nelson, led and placed this critical HR search.

Charlie will partner with the VP of HR in building a world-class TA department that is able to deliver top talent to a Fortune 1000 organization continuously. Hower will lead a department of six to work on developing strategic and innovative TA  and workforce planning systems and procedures as well as strategically and tactically implement top full-cycle TA methods.
