Managing Partner, Ayla Maloney and Recruiting Manager, Doug Karo led and placed the vital HR search.

As the Head of HR (HR Manager), Joseph will play a strategic and hands-on role in leading company-wide HR initiatives across multiple locations in Texas and Louisiana. As a key member of the leadership team, his role will drive company culture by implementing effective policies, training programs, and compliance standards. With autonomy to mentor and develop operational teams, Joseph will be a trusted advisor on all HR matters, fostering strong relationships at every level of the organization. In his first year, priorities include building meaningful connections, enhancing employee engagement and retention, and identifying opportunities to modernize HR systems and processes.

His background includes driving workforce development, streamlining HR operations, and fostering strong labor relations in fast-paced, high-compliance environments.
