As the Head of Talent, Kimberly will serve as a key strategic leader responsible for building and optimizing the organization’s global talent strategy, with a focus on both acquisition and management. In this high-impact role, she will lay the foundation for scalable talent acquisition processes, develop critical pipelines in areas like Engineering and Supply Chain, and establish clear KPIs to drive data-informed decision-making. Key priorities in Kimberly’s first year include enhancing recruitment efficiency, reducing external search spend, building strong vendor relationships, and strengthening performance management practices. With an eye toward sustainable growth and operational excellence, her new role is instrumental in attracting, developing, and retaining top-tier talent to fuel the organization’s long-term success.

Kimberly Grey brings more than 20 years of progressive HR leadership experience across global, matrixed organizations in the manufacturing, retail, and agriculture sectors. Kimberly most recently served as Vice President of Global Talent Management and Inclusion at Leggett & Platt, where she led enterprise-wide talent, learning, and DEI initiatives to drive leadership capability and workforce engagement. Her previous roles at TopBuild, Best Buy, Cargill, and Syngenta reflect a strong track record in building integrated talent strategies, transforming performance and succession planning, and embedding inclusive leadership practices across complex business environments. Kimberly’s deep expertise in aligning talent with business strategy makes her a strong addition to AGI as it enters its next phase of growth and innovation.
