This role will harmonize all compensation and benefits programs worldwide. It will ensure that there is a clear and consistent Total Rewards philosophy in place that is embraced by the Senior Leadership, the Board of Directors and the enterprise as a whole. This strategy and plan will enable Air Product’s continued growth and leadership globally.  This leader will also be an organizational steward with respect to Culture, Diversity and Leadership Development.
