This is an exciting role with emphasis on HRIS and Compensation. The role has a large growth potential into the compensation space within Lamb Weston. This role will report to the Director of Total Rewards. Implementation of the company’s strategic plan and also the support of market pricing for the manufacturing and supply chain will be key in this position. You will have high visibility within the Executive Leadership. Freedom to assist with succession planning and executive compensation will be available in this role as well.
