MENDOCINO COUNTY, CA – Mendocino Community Health Clinic, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides primary care services in underserved areas, has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Director of Human Resources search. Managing Director, Pam Noble and Recruiting Director, Morgan Booker are leading the critical HR search.

The Human Resources Director is a key member of the leadership team and is responsible for providing leadership in developing and executing human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. The HRD provides expertise in the areas of policy, employee relations, talent management, performance management, training and development, compensation, benefits, and communication.
The Director of HR will make an impact by leading efforts related to positive employee relations and taking a proactive role in shaping Mendocino Community Health Clinic’s (MCHC) environment to encourage continuous improvement, improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the organization, resulting in the highest quality healthcare for everyone in the communities.
The Human Resources Director collaborates with leadership on areas such as talent management, employee relations, performance management, talent and succession planning, career development, and organizational development.
