The Vice President, Project Management Office (PMO) at Frontline Road Safety Group will lead the end-to-end execution of strategic M&A integrations and drive operational excellence across a rapidly growing, private equity-backed organization. This role goes beyond a traditional PMO—it’s about balancing structure with flexibility, governance with empathy, and strategy with on-the-ground execution.
This individual will work closely with functional leaders and division presidents to develop and implement detailed acquisition strategies. As soon as a Letter of Intent is signed, they will guide how new teams are welcomed, onboarded, and supported—ensuring both speed and sensitivity throughout each transition. This role is expected to lead with a people-first mindset while ensuring the PMO operates with accountability, clarity, and rigor.
