Biography

Todd brings over 35 years of progressive Human Resources experience with most recently as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Golden 1 Credit Union. Industry experience includes Retail, Manufacturing, Pharmacy, Hospital, Finance, and Banking as well as International HR experience:

Todd has extensive experience in working in both union and non-union environments to include negotiations with European Work Councils (EWC). He is extremely adaptable and able to adjust to any work environment and works well with and relates to all levels of employees in an organization from C-Suite to front line employees.

During his years of experience, he gained a variety of skills in HR. Todd is extremely proficient in the following areas: Diversity and Inclusion, Health and Safety, Leave Management, Workers Compensation, Performance Management, Change Management, Conflict Resolution, and Employee Engagement.

He has worked cross-functionally with the executive leadership team to address all HR-related initiatives and has been successful in improving employee engagement by over 9% in two years resulting in best in class for this industry. Reduced the company’s workers’ compensation claims and MOD rate by over 5%.

He set the benefits strategy and did due diligence on different plan options and selected a new benefits broker for the organization.  Served on the Leadership Committee to address the ever-changing COVID-19 pandemic policies. Todd is trained in Prosci Change Management and has applied this methodology on numerous projects. He has Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing experience and is currently a yellow belt.

Todd recently completed an enterprise-wide Human Resource Information System (HRIS) implementation where he was the executive business owner, this included 13 HR modules. The system was rolled out successfully this past summer. This project was on time and under budget. He also introduced a new mobile application for employees that integrated with the new HRIS. This also included an employee and manager self-serve module as well as a robust data analytics dashboard.
