Jonathan Canger is an Industrial and Organizational Psychologist whose career has included executive positions with major corporations including:
Jon has been an adjunct professor at the Florida Institute of Technology, Rollins College, the University of South Florida, and the University of Tampa.
He currently serves on Advisory Boards for the TECO Center for Leadership at the Sykes College of Business in the University of Tampa, the Entrepreneurship Center at the Muma College of Business at the University of South Florida, and the Assessment Standards Institute. He has also served as a multi-year judge for the American Business Awards and as a reviewer for the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
Jon’s areas of specialty include leadership and executive assessment and development, succession planning, organization effectiveness, employee engagement, and human resources strategy. He is Master Certified in the John Mattone Intelligent Leadership coaching process and the Hogan Assessment System.
