Carla has held numerous human resources leadership roles with companies such as Kellogg’s, Dish, Nike, Comcast, and CSG. Most recently, she led talent management initiatives that included creating a continuous learning culture, implementing an innovative frontline manager development program, improving development opportunities for technology and products engineers through the creation and implementation of career paths, building a high potential identification and development program, improving traction and developmental follow-up in the succession planning process, leading the employee engagement program that resulted in significant increases in all culture dimensions and the eNPS, and creating a more engaging onboarding program that reduced early voluntary turnover. In addition, her broader experience also includes consulting with organizations and building solutions related to employee acquisition, selection and assessment, employee engagement, change management, skill/competency models/frameworks, employee, leader, team, and organizational effectiveness, and establishing the business impact of talent solutions.
Carla received her undergraduate degree from South Dakota State University and her Master’s and Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Kansas State University.
