Bethany has worked for Fortune 200 leadership roles for more than two decades. She was responsible for enterprise-wide leadership development, executive coaching, team development, employee engagement, shaping organizational cultures, and offsite facilitation. She has significant experience helping C-suite leaders identify and develop their teachable points of view and then teach those lessons to others. She works with companies of all sizes across a variety of industries: retail, healthcare, financial services, insurance, packaged goods, technology, manufacturing, higher education, and non-profit. Bethany leverages proven instruments and tools to help leaders in their journey. She has a passion for helping leaders develop greater self-awareness and become even more successful. She believes that great leaders are made – and that the best leaders continue to grow over time.
Bethany received her undergraduate degree from Colgate University and her Masters and Ph.D. in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology from The Ohio State University. She teaches at both Denison University and the Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
