Adam serves as an advisor and partner to C-Suites, Boards of Directors, and senior leaders developing people solutions to initiate investments, cultivate culture, propel performance, engage employees, and curtail costs. He is seen as a visionary thought leader with a keen ability to quickly assess people’s infrastructures and deploy best practices, analytics, and technology to optimize return on diverse human capital. Adam harnesses his passion to focus on the Employee Experience, education, engagement, inclusion, and collaboration. He champions and excels in educating, communicating, influencing, and facilitating understanding and buy-in of complex information across and among diverse audiences.

Adam achieved his Master of Business Administration (MBA) in General Management from the Colgate Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia. He earned his Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics with a Psychology emphasis from Washington and Lee University, graduating Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa. He also holds numerous key Human Resources certifications including an SPHR, CCP, CBP, and GRP.

Originally from the Midwest in Saint Louis, Missouri, Adam now lives in the Metro Washington DC area of Vienna, Virginia with his wife, three children, and Bernese Mountain Dog. When not traveling and cheering at lacrosse, football, and soccer games, Adam and his wife try to slip away to enjoy fine dining, friends, and family.
