UNITED STATES – The Christopher Group is announcing a new confidential search for a Head of Human Resources with a leader in the financial services industry. Managing Director, Nathaniel Schiffer, and Recruiting Director, Corrine Brao are leading this critical HR search.

This Head of HR role will manage the delivery of centralized and regional HR operations and business partnering through a team of HR professionals. They will provide multi-site support to deliver cyclical HR processes and implementation of site, business unit, and region-specific initiatives. This person has a broad knowledge of progressive HR business partnering to drive efficiency, use data to drive decision-making, and continuous improvement in an aligned, acquisitive, and creating a harmonized HR service delivery model.
