The Head (Director) of Global Talent Acquisition is an opportunity to lead the Global Talent Acquisition function at Aeris Communications. This role transcends mere employment—it’s an invitation to drive transformative change and innovation, leaving a lasting impact within a dynamic and forward-thinking environment. As the Head of Global Talent Acquisition, this person will assume a pivotal role in establishing the inaugural Human Resources Department for the organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and serving as a strategic partner to leaders at all levels, your insights will chart the organization’s course by crafting an exemplary Talent Attraction Function. The Head of Global TA will have full authority over the Talent Acquisition (TA) function, encompassing team expansion, strategy development, process optimization, technology implementation, employment branding, marketing initiatives, KPI establishment, etc. Their objective will be to build a TA function that excels in attracting top-tier talent on a global scale. 

Moreover, they will actively contribute to the organization’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) initiatives by devising talent acquisition programs that strengthen diversity and inclusion. The Head of Global TA’s endeavors will contribute to cultivating a workplace culture that embraces individuals from diverse ethnicities, backgrounds, religions, cultures, sexual orientations, gender identities, ages, and diverse professional, personal, and military experiences.
