CHICAGO, IL – NEWITY, a comprehensive business solutions firm, has appointed Beatriz Bouras as their new Senior Vice President of Human Resources. This critical search was led by Managing Partner, Ayla Maloney and Recruiting Manager, Nick Nelson.
As Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Bouras will be responsible for the creation and execution of the daily functions of the department. This includes but is not limited to establishing and managing the interviewing, hiring process, DEI practices and committee, handling the compensation pay, benefits, onboarding and separation leave of employees, and enforcing company policies and practices. Bouras will also collaborate with the members of the Executive Leadership Team and their subordinates.
