Genuinely, a human experience.”

Carriere will be responsible for wearing two hats in this role, the first serving as the HR leader for corporate end referred to as HR for HR and the second to lead the enterprise Talent Management function.  Both of these roles will be critically important as the organization continues to scale, release new products and commercially launch in the US.

“Our firm was hired to fill a separate role that would support the expansion of US Commercial Operations for Establishment labs which led us to meeting Shannon and her capabilities not only as a business partner but also as a COE leader specifically in Talent Management,” said Nat Schiffer. “This enabled Establishment Labs to fill multiple gaps in their HR organization through their partnership with TCG.”

Prior to Establishment Labs, Carriere worked at companies such as Cherwell Software, GE Johnson Holdings and USAA.
