DETROIT, MI – SitusAMC, the leading provider of innovative technologies and services to the real estate finance industries, has appointed Eric Torigian as Chief Human Resources Officer. This HR executive search was led and placed by President & Managing Director, Nat Schiffer and Recruiting Manager, Kristen Pace.
Torigian will report to the General Counsel and will lead all aspects of Human Resources for SitusAMC including talent management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and talent acquisition. Also as CHRO, he will provide visionary leadership across the organization and will facilitate a culture that values empathy, integrity, respect, commitment, teamwork, personal accountability, and the celebration of individual and team success.

Torigian brings over 28+ years of HR expertise to SitusAMC having previously held executive roles with Ford Motor Company, Pepsico, Comcast, Cooper Standard, USCI International, and most recently Akebono Brake Corporation.
