DENVER, COLORADO – The Christopher Group is excited to announce a new confidential search for a Benefits Manager, Total Rewards for an industry-leading roadway safety organization. TCG Managing Partner, Nat Schiffer and Recruiting Director, Doug Karo are leading the pivotal HR search.

As the Benefits Manager, Total Rewards, this individual will play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating the benefits function within a rapidly growing, multi-state organization. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, they will lead the administration of health & welfare and savings programs, oversee compliance and audit requirements, and partner with leadership and vendors to drive continuous improvement. Their responsibilities will include managing relationships with benefit providers and brokers, ensuring seamless execution of audits and annual reporting, centralizing and analyzing data across multiple divisions, and aligning benefits programs with broader organizational objectives for employee engagement, recruitment, and retention. This role offers an opportunity to directly influence the evolution of the total rewards function while positioning yourself for future growth.
