Founder & CEO, Tom Christopher, and Managing Partner, Ayla Maloney, lead this critical HR search.

Hamlet will take ownership of the HR structure and be responsible for creating an amazing work environment for the employees by effectively supporting and being an advocate for them for all their HR-related needs. Kevin will serve as key contact and advisor regarding employee development, relations, investigations, and conflict resolution.
In the past Hamlet has built an impressive resume and skillset which includes over 19 years of comprehensive human resources experience including talent management, retention, conflict resolution, labor relations, compensation, leadership & compliance training, benefits administration and change management.
