TCG Places Senior HRBP at Frontline Road Safety

DENVER, COLORADO – Frontline Road Safety, the nation’s largest pavement marking company, has placed Heather Curley as their new Senior HR Business Partner. Managing Partner, Ayla Maloney and Recruiting Director, Carrie Longmire led and placed the integral HR search.

As the Senior HRBP at Frontline Road Safety, Heather Curley will play a pivotal role in steering the human capital aspects of Frontline’s dynamic growth strategy. Her responsibilities will encompass comprehensive HR full-life cycle acquisition diligence, integration and follow up, collaborating with cross-functional teams, harmonizing policies and practices, managing change initiatives to support employee engagement and retention, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations during transitions. Heather’s position offers a unique opportunity to influence the organization’s expansion and directly impact its success in new markets. She will also be a key member of significant HR projects across the organization.

Heather Curley brings over a decade of experience in human resources leadership, M&A integration, and strategic people operations. Most recently at GO Car Wash, she led the successful integration of 25 acquisitions across multiple states, aligning systems, policies, and cultures to ensure seamless transitions and consistent operations. Heather’s expertise spans multi-state HR strategy, full-cycle talent management, benefits administration, and DEI advocacy, with a proven ability to navigate complex organizational change. Known for her data-driven decision-making and collaborative leadership style, she has supported high-growth companies across healthcare, behavioral services, IT, and environmental services. At Frontline, Heather will play a key role in shaping scalable HR solutions and integration strategies that support long-term business growth and cultural alignment.
