TCG Places Senior Director of Total Rewards at AGI

As the Senior Director of Total Rewards, Susan Hall will have a pivotal leadership position responsible for shaping and executing a modern, globally integrated total rewards strategy that supports talent attraction, engagement, and retention. Reporting directly to the CHRO—who is spearheading a full-scale transformation of the HR function—her role will serve as a strategic partner in reimagining compensation, benefits, and overall employee value proposition. As the first major hire under the CHRO’s leadership, Susan will lead key initiatives including modernizing incentive plan administration, launching a benefits RFP process, and implementing a global job grading structure in partnership with AON. This is a rare opportunity to drive enterprise-wide impact through thoughtful design, operational rigor, and bold innovation in Total Rewards—helping to build a best-in-class function that is equitable, scalable, and aligned with business strategy.

Susan Hall brings more than two decades of deep expertise in Total Rewards, with a strong track record of leading global compensation and U.S. benefits programs across complex, growth-focused organizations. Prior to joining AGI, Susan served as Director of Total Rewards at Westlake Corporation, where she led a global team of 20 and oversaw the design and execution of compensation and benefits strategies for more than 16,000 employees. Her leadership spanned enterprise-wide initiatives—including M&A integration, executive compensation design, and Compensation Committee support—while championing operational excellence through automation and vendor management. Susan’s data-driven, people-centered approach has consistently aligned rewards strategies with business performance and culture, making her an exceptional addition to AGI’s leadership team.
