WEST ORANGE, NEW JERSEY – Spectrum360, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing educational, vocational, and therapeutic services for individuals on the autism spectrum and with related disabilities, has placed Laurie Meyer as their new Head of Human Resources. Managing Partner, Ayla Maloney and Recruiting Director, Morgan Booker led and placed the pivotal HR search.

As the Head of HR, Laurie will oversee all human resources activities within Spectrum360 and serve as a strategic HR partner to the CEO/ED in the development of a highly effective workforce. Additionally, she will assist in developing a company workplace that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance while ensuring legal compliance.

Previously, she served as Vice President of Human Resources at Monarch and Chief Human Resources Officer at Anne Carlsen Center, where she played a pivotal role in talent strategy, employee engagement, and policy development. Laurie is recognized for her ability to relate to employees at all levels, champion diversity, and implement innovative HR solutions that address today’s business challenges. Her expertise spans organizational development, employee relations, talent acquisition, and total rewards, making her a trusted strategic partner committed to enhancing workplace culture and business performance.
