Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), theÂ Organization Change Management Director will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organizational structures. This position is responsible for overseeing the Change Management, Communications, and Training efforts of a Global ERP program to ensure that users are notified, engaged and prepared to transition to the new system, as well as providing leadership on other Organization Development/Change activities when needed.Â The role is an influential member of the ERP project leadership team and interfaces with senior finance, human resources, operations, and information technology leaders, as well as vendors and external consultants.
