This is a lead HR role for one of KSB’s top revenue-producing subsidiaries in North America, Standard Alloys, working with new Human Resources Leader during a time of HR transformation. This is a rare opportunity to help build HR from the ground floor up with creative solutions. This role supports 4 sites, 3 current (Port Arthur, TX, Port Allen, LA and Deer Park, TX) and one greenfield start-up site. This role will have HR leadership responsibilities with an HR Generalist reporting up to them.
