The Director of Human Resources and Human Resource Manager will develop and implement effective human resources programs, policies, and initiatives and is an active member of the site leadership team. The Director of HR is the primary point of service for HR issues and is accountable for workforce planning, employee communications and culture, professional development, employee relations, performance management, professional development including mentoring and coaching, organizational development, compensation, benefits and government compliance.
