CARLSTADT, NEW JERSEY – Sogno Toscano, a premium Italian Foods Company, has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Human Resources Manager search. Managing Partner, Tobin Anslemi and Recruiting Manager, Ramey Lynch are leading the key HR search.

The Human Resources (HR) Manager will serve as a strategic partner to the organization through the oversight of all HR functions, including but not limited to, employee relations, compliance, compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, leadership development, performance management, and HR process improvement. The HR Manager will assess existing structures, programs, and processes, then recommend and implement changes to ensure maximum impact and contribution to the site. In this role, the HR Manager will work with the leadership team to develop a culture that fosters positive employee engagement, professional growth, and continuous improvement while also fostering an accountability culture dedicated to meeting or exceeding stated organizational goals.
