The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for aligning with Human Resource initiatives with business objectives. The role will serve as a consultant to the business on Human Resource related issues and act as an employee champion and change agent. Key objectives include: establishing credibility as a strategic business partner, serving as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, partnering effectively with Centers of Excellence, modeling a collaborative, high-performance approach, and promoting accountability while maintaining a people-first mindset.
