Seattle Public Utilities Selects TCG for HRD Search

SEATTLE, WA – Seattle Public Utilities (SPU), a provider of efficient and forward-looking utility services that keep Seattle the best place to live and work for everyone, has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Director of Human Resources search. Managing Director, Pam Noble, and Recruiting Director, Jim May are leading the critical search.

A successful candidate will provide visionary leadership and is an integral contributor to departmental culture initiatives. A strategic business partner and advisor to executive leadership, this person will be charged with delivering equitable programs and services that are aligned to their Strategic Business Plan and support a diverse, inclusive and engaging environment where employees can thrive.
