VP and Managing Partner, Jacob Humbert, Recruiting Manager, Kathleen Kilkenney, and Senior Operations Manager, Matthew Duda are leading the searches.

The Head of Talent Acquisition will play the leading role in the design, development, and execution of the Talent Acquisition Programs at SEARHC. The role will oversee the Talent Acquisition function within the organization and define the Talent Acquisition strategy. This person will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting: recruiting, screening, and recommending placement of staff by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external) to fill provider and high-level positions within the organization.
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting: recruiting, screening and recommending placement of staff by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external) to fill administrative, professional, clinical, and other health care vacancies. It is important that this person works with key stakeholders to ensure consistent workflow and prompt follow up and a positive candidate experience.
