The Vice President of Human Resources will be responsible for the strategic alignment of HR programs, policies, and processes. This role will serve as a consultant to CEO, staff members and senior leadership on Human Resource related issues and work closely with business leaders to solve complex organizational challenges through people-related solutions. A successful candidate will have a strong understanding of and demonstrated skill in Human Resources management, leadership, change management, and communications.
