Managing Partner, Ayla Maloney, and Recruiting Manager, Nick Nelson are leading the critical executive search.

As the Head of Human Resources, this person will be responsible for the creation and execution of the daily functions of the department. This includes but is not limited to establishing and managing the interviewing, hiring process, DEI practices and committee, handling the compensation pay, benefits, onboarding and separation leave of employees, and enforcing company policies and practices. You will collaborate with the members of the Executive Leadership Team and their subordinates. The successful candidate will utilize their knowledge in Human Resources and Business Administration to implement best practices.
