Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare Selects TCG for VP of Total Rewards Search

MEMPHIS, TN – Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare (MLH), a not-for-profit, faith-based integrated Healthcare system, has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Vice President of Total Rewards search. Founder & CEO, Tom Christopher, and Recruiting Director, Jim May are leading the search.

The Vice President of Total Rewards is a key member of the MLH senior human resources team with primary responsibility for developing a comprehensive Total Rewards strategy and designing all supporting programs. The position is responsible for the effective planning, implementation, and control of all compensation, benefits, wellness, and rewards programs.  This person will partner with other members of the HR leadership team to ensure equitable, accurate, and efficient service delivery of the Total Rewards programs.
