Most recently, Meredith was Vice President, Total Rewards for Algeco Scotsman Group. In this role she led global compensation, benefits and HRIS for privately-held $2B company with 6,000 employees and operations in 27 countries. Meredith has also held Senior Human Resources leadership roles with T Rowe Price and Mercer. She holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Development from Bowling Green State University, a Masters of Business Administration Degree and a Bachelors Degree in Education and Music from The College of William and Mary.
