Managing Director, Nat Schiffer, and Recruiting Director, Nick Nelson are leading this critical HR search.

The Senior Human Resource Director for Mahindra’s America’s Division will report directly to the President and CEO with HR oversight of their Agriculture and Automotive Business Units. You will sit in the “President’s Office” along with the CFO and also on the Executive Leadership Team. You will be a partner to the President and CFO and influence company decisions and policies at the strategic level as the company continues to grow through acquisitions and mergers. You will oversee a team of six HR leaders and play a critical role in their professional development.
