We are looking to hire, train, and develop Executive Recruiters to join our team.


Qualified Candidates for the Executive Recruiter position will be able to:

  • Comfortably and actively reach out to senior leaders (candidates and clients) in the HR community
  • Engage candidates at all levels in an organization, bring them into a process, and build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Execute candidate assessments to determine potential “fit†for client roles
  • Think on their feet and be persistent in finding potential necessary solutions (has high intellectual curiosity and an unrelenting focus on getting the job done)
  • Be highly organized and disciplined as they execute a search to ensure consistent candidate and client experience and flawless delivery of “Speed, Quality, & Serviceâ€

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 1-3+ years of a successful Recruiting and/or Sales career
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Analytic, strategic, ability to understand multiple industries, current economic issues, and overall Corporate organization structures
  • Must be persuasive and comfortable on the telephone and have the ability to engage people and build relationships
  • Has a high sense of urgency, thinks outside of the box, is flexible and able to manage many projects simultaneously
  • High comfort level with technology and utilizing systems and tools to execute their work
  • Possesses a professional demeanor and is comfortable engaging with “C†level and other senior level candidates and clients
  • Is competitive but team oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
