Reporting to the Head of HR, the VP of Learning and Organizational Development will be responsible for the strategic vision and tactical execution of office-wide learning and development programs that help nurture, develop, and enhance our people’s ability to perform both now and in the future. This role has high impact and visibility, offering a unique opportunity to help shape their OD strategy, define career pathways, and develop L&D plans. This person will have the opportunity to lead and contribute to talent initiatives in three main areas: learning, leadership development, and change management.

The VP / Senior HR Business Partners will be a key partner to the team leads and department heads in the Chicago office. They will drive performance, own the development of manager/employee groups, and above all ensure IMC continues to provide an incredible work environment. This person will also be responsible for executing people-related strategies around performance management, employee relationships, coaching, organizational development, and learning & development.
