HR executive Kathy Flores to Join Toyo Tires

Toyo Tires is pleased to announce the placement of Kathy Flores as their new Head of Human Resources.  In this role, Kathy will play an important strategic role in leading core Human Resources and General Affairs’ functions and strategic initiatives that support the mission and vision of the company.

Most recently, Kathy was Corporate Director, Human Resources at C&F Foods, Inc. where she was hired to tackle compliance issues that exposed the company to liability, put in place best-practices, and manage expenses connected with benefits and payroll. Kathy has also held Senior Human Resources leadership roles with Club Assist and Univision Television Group, Inc. She holds a Bachelors of Business Administration Degree in Marketing and Human Resources Management from Loyola Marymount University.
