HR executive Karlson joins BBA Aviation

BBA Aviation is pleased to announce the placement of Bart Karlson as their new Director, Benefits.  In this role, Bart will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and financial oversight of the company’s benefit plans.

Most recently, Bart was Sr. Director, Benefits at ConAgra Foods where he was responsible for the strategy, design, and implementation of the company’s global benefits and reward programs. Bart has also held Senior Human Resources leadership roles with Buck Consultants and Ropes & Gray. He holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Finance & Investments from Babson College.
