MCLEAN, VA – Greenbrook TMS NeuroHealth Centers, the nation’s leading provider of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy, has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Vice President (Head) of Human Resources search. Managing Director, Nathaniel Schiffer, and Recruiting Director, Kat Kilkenney are leading the search.

This is an exciting HR leadership role that is strategic, entrepreneurial, and hands-on. Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Human Resources is a critical and hands-on member of the leadership team and will be instrumental in helping accelerate the growth of the organization. This role will be the key business-level leader responsible for building and supporting HR initiatives, processes, procedures, programs and policies, both for the support organization and for the regions. This person will promote and support constant changes that are aligned to company objectives and viability, ensuring organizational needs are met.
Since 2011, Greenbrook TMS NeuroHealth has provided more than 510,000 life-changing Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatments to over 14,000 patients. TMS therapy is an FDA-cleared, non-invasive therapy for the treatment of Major Depressive Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, and other mental health disorders in the United States. TMS therapy provides local electromagnetic stimulation to specific brain regions known to be directly associated with mood regulation.
