DENVER, COLORADO – Frontline Road Safety, the nation’s largest pavement marking company, has selected The Christopher Group to lead their HR Projects & M&A SME Leader search. Managing Partner, Ayla Maloney and Recruiting Director, Carrie Longmire are leading the key HR search.

As the M&A SME at Frontline Road Safety Group, this individual will play a pivotal role in steering the human capital aspects of Frontline’s dynamic growth strategy. Their responsibilities will encompass comprehensive HR full-life cycle acquisition diligence, integration and follow up, collaborating with cross-functional teams, harmonizing policies and practices, managing change initiatives to support employee engagement and retention, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations during transitions. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence the organization’s expansion and directly impact its success in new markets. This role will also be a key member of significant HR projects across the organization.
