TEXAS/REMOTE – Establishment Labs, a global, high-tech medical device and aesthetics company, has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Director of Human Resources search. Managing Director, Nat Schiffer, and Recruiting Director, Kat Kilkenney are leading the critical HR search.

The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position will formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. This position will maintain an effective level of business literacy about the business unit’s financial position, its midrange plans, its culture, and its competition.
