Biography

Lisa is an accomplished consultant, executive coach, and business practitioner who works with senior leaders to help bring about sustainable change and improved personal performance.

Lisa has extensive experience with C-Suites and their successors and other key leaders focusing on talent management and leadership development, change management, communications, diversity/equity/inclusion, and strategy development and execution. Through her work, Lisa guides executives to gain clarity on who they are, build confidence in what they know, and change the conversation about how they are perceived. She has held multiple global executive roles including being the Chief Diversity Officer for a Global 50 organization and the CHRO for a $17B organization.

A go-to coach for some of the world’s most successful leaders, she loves nothing more than working with them on celebrating who they already are and championing their efforts for deep personal and professional growth. Her innovative approach always focuses on practical solutions and teamwork, and her distinct style is characterized by a combination of warmth, insight, and directness. Lisa’s clients count on her to keep pace, connect with, and challenge them while supporting them to achieve better results.

Lisa also facilitates other leadership offerings for senior leadership including her signature Leadership Immersions for Women and is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified Executive Coach. She holds several leadership and personality assessment certifications including Conversational Intelligence and the Neuroscience of Coaching.

She has been a guest lecturer at the Harvard Business School teaching on talent and implicit bias to second-year students.

A regular contributor to publications on leadership and culture and a speaker addressing forums such as the United Nations in the Middle East, Asia Society in New York, Catalyst in India, and other global multi-nationals speaker series.

Lisa holds a B.A. in Journalism with an emphasis on Public Relations. Prior to her corporate and entrepreneurial careers, she worked on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. in legislative and public affairs.
