The Director, Total Rewards & HRIS is responsible for the development, execution, and continuous improvement of Total Rewards & HRIS strategies and programs including all compensation/benefit plans, incentives, recognition, compliance, and HRIS administration. This position assures compliance with regulations and policies and administers cost-effective HR operations. The Director, Total Rewards & HRIS leads the integration of rewards strategies with employee performance and talent management processes to enhance performance, reinforce our culture, and position Cognosante as an employer of choice. This requires a balance between strategic, best practices expertise, and significant, current hands-on experience. In addition, this position will drive large scale strategic HR projects for the company.
