The Senior Manager of Labor Relations manages and oversees the human resource labor management function in the campus with emphasis on the administration and negotiation of the collective bargaining agreement. The Senior Manager of Labor Relations is an active member of the plant management team responsible for developing and implementing the business unit’s strategic long-range plans. They are dedicated to providing high quality customer service. They will help foster teamwork in a professional work environment. They will be the role model for high standards in the organization by reflecting the BorgWarner Beliefs. They will adhere to the Morse Systems H.R. Values.
This position will be located in the Ithaca, NY area. The search is being led by Paula Christopher, Vice President / Managing Partner, Jacob Humbert, TCG Recruiting Director.
